Binary2 is an independent IT and cybersecurity consulting firm based in the United Arab Emirates. We advise organisations for which a security failure is a regulatory, financial or reputational event.
Why the firm exists
Too much security advice is a sales channel. The assessment is free because the remediation is a product, and the recommendation was decided before the first interview.
We set Binary2 up to work the other way round. We sell time and judgement, we resell nothing, and we would rather tell a client that three controls matter than hand over a list of three hundred.

Every conclusion we reach can be traced to something we observed, tested or were shown.

We document what we did and teach your team to do it. A client that no longer needs us for a problem is a good outcome.
Where we are heading
AI is changing both sides of security: what has to be defended and how attacks are carried out. It is the area where we are investing most of our research time, and where we expect most of our clients' hardest questions to come from over the next few years.
